Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local postal service, weather, holidays, or other unexpected delays.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to selected countries and regions, including the United States and other major international destinations shown at checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, it means we are not able to ship there at this time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility. We are not able to control or predict customs fees.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing your order.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs or any related fees.
