Each box contains a thoughtfully selected mix of cute and useful stationery. The exact colors, designs, and items may vary, so every box includes a little element of surprise.
Can I choose the exact items in my box?
Specific items cannot be guaranteed. You may leave a color or style preference in your order note, and we will do our best to consider it when possible.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 7–22 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local postal services, holidays, or unexpected delays.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping to all destinations currently available at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking may take a few days to begin updating.

Can I return a mystery stationery box?
Because the items are randomly selected, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you do not prefer a particular design, color, or item.
Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.
