Return and Refund Policy

At NoteGifty, each mystery stationery box is prepared with care. Because our boxes include randomly selected stationery items, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer does not prefer a specific design, color, or item received.

Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

Mystery box note:
Please understand that the exact stationery designs are selected at random. Style, color, and design preferences may be left in the order note, and we will do our best to match them when possible, but specific items are not guaranteed.
